系、各部门：
根据国务院办公厅通知精神，结合我院实际情况，现将我院2016年国庆节放假安排通知如下：
2016年10月1日(星期六)至10月9日(星期日)放假，共9天。10月10日(星期一)正常上班、上课。
请各单位安排好有关工作,做好值班安排，如遇有重大突发事件，要按规定及时报告并妥善处置，确保全院师生员工度过一个平安祥和的假期。
另：从10月1日起，上班时间调整为上午8：00——12：00时，下午13：30——17：00时。

2016年10月1日至10月7日放假,共7天.
10月1日(星期六)、10月2日(星期日)、10月3日(星期一)为国庆节法定节假日
10月8号(星期六)、10月9号(星期天)公休调至10月4号(星期二),10月5号(星期三)
10月8号(星期六)10月9号(星期天)正常上班.
根据2012年国务院颁布的《重大节假日免收小型客车通行费实施方案》来看，收费公路免费通行时间为春节、清明节、劳动节、国庆节等4个国家法定节假日以及当年国务院办公厅文件确定的上述法定节假日连休日。因此2016年10月1日国庆节高速免费。
2016年10月1日国庆节高速免费时间：2016年10月1日0时至10月7日24时，共七天。
国务院办公厅关于2016年部分节假日安排的通知
一、元旦：1月1日放假，与周末连休。
二、春节：2月7日至13日放假调休，共7天。2月6日(星期六)、2月14日(星期日)上班。
三、清明节：4月4日放假，与周末连休。
四、劳动节：5月1日放假，5月2日(星期一)补休。
五、端午节：6月9日至11日放假调休，共3天。6月12日(星期日)上班。
六、中秋节：9月15日至17日放假调休，共3天。9月18日(星期日)上班。
七、国庆节：10月1日至7日放假调休，共7天。10月8日(星期六)、10月9日(星期日)上班。
节假日期间，各地区、各部门要妥善安排好值班和安全、保卫等工作，遇有重大突发事件，要按规定及时报告并妥善处置，确保人民群众祥和平安度过节日假期。
国庆节英文介绍
The National Day is a designated date on which celebrations mark the nationhood of a country. Often the National Day will be a national holiday.

It is widely celebrated and the French Tricolour is much in evidence, while the President of the Republic attends a military parade on the Champs-lysées of Paris. In the United States, the Fourth of July celebrations are widely celebrated with fireworks and barbecues. In the Republic of Ireland, St. Patrick's Day, March 17, has been the National Day and a Public Holiday for many years, and in recent years it has been observed as a full Public Holiday in Northern Ireland too. However, in the rest of the United Kingdom the constituent countries' patron saints' days are low-key affairs.
