　　狮子进入了捕捉范围，跃身而起，箭一般射向野牛群。野牛惊慌奔逃。狮子紧追着一头还未长结实的野牛。野牛拼命奔逃着，每当狮子要追上它时便拐个弯，便可和狮子拉开一段距离。可没多久，野牛就体力不支了。狮子和野牛的距离在不断缩小。

　　突然地，野牛刹住脚，猛转过身，锋利的犄角转向狮子。狮子也停下了脚步，左右试探着寻找进攻的机会，可野牛的犄角始终对着它。狮子和野牛对峙着，僵持着。
