  一、认真备课、面向全体授课

  在教学中,认真备课,认真阅读各种教科参考书,结合自己的教学经验与学生的学习情况,认真编写好教案制定好教学计划,并不断地加以改善修改,做好课前准备。在传授学生知识的同时,关心爱护学生,特别是差生,课堂多关注他们,教育他们做一个好学的学生。在思想教育的同时,还耐心地辅导学生,使他们的学习成绩跟上班里的其他同学,帮助他们树立学习的自信心。

  二、在课堂教学中

  1、在课堂上,认真授课,运用电脑、录音机、实物教具、简笔画,情景教学、体态语言等方法来启发、教育学生。与学生做游戏、唱英语歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑,注重以学生为主体、教师为导的教学方法,充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方,我及时讲解,让他们多练习,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用。我还安排在课前十分钟让他们朗读,发现问题给他们及时分析、纠正,增强他们的朗读水平。

  2、在批改作业方面。学生的作业总是按时及时地批改,并详细地做好批注,对普遍性错误,在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批的方法,一一分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题,大大提高了教学质量。

  三、在辅导学生方面

  首先,根据我所任教班级的实际情况,优生不多,中、差生却俯视皆是。有人曾说:如果孩子天生就是优生,那教育还有什么功能?又谈什么基础的素质教育呢?因而对占相对多数的中、差生,我更应变嫌弃为喜爱,变忽视为重视,变冷漠为关注,变薄待为厚待。我注意帮助他们找到优、缺点,以发扬优点,克服缺点。

  其次是以平常的心态对待:差生也是孩子,厌恶、责骂只能适得其反,他们应享有同其它学生同样的平等和民主,也应享受到优秀学生在老师那儿得到的爱。

  厚爱差生,我真正做到以情动人:首先做到"真诚"二字,即我在学生面前不敢有丝毫虚伪、欺哄,做到言出必行;其次做到"接受",即能感受差生在学习过程中的各种心理表现和看法,如对学习的畏惧、犹豫、满足、冷漠,错误的想法和指责等,信任中、差生,鼓励他们自由讨论;最后做到"理解"二字,即通过学生的眼睛看事物。由于我能善意理解他们,高兴地接受他们,因此促进了中、差生不同程度的进步和发展。

  四、努力总结和发现问题,及时调整教学策略

  当然,在实际教学过程中,我还应积极实践,不断探索,针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点,总结规律,认真思考,不断摸索。我认为要教好英语:关键是要制订2017年小学英语的教学计划和工作进度,做好英语才艺计划内容,和丰富多彩的英语节日活动。

  一、学习课标,明确教学目标。

  为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念,我抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读,了解了此次英语课程改革的目的、掌握了此次英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等,从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

  二、扎实备课,理清教学思路。

  备课是课堂教学的重要环节,我在备课时做到了以下几点:

  1、课前备课,做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教学参考书,既备教材、教法,又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容,既要考虑知识的纵向联系,又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点,又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程,又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。

  2、课中备课,灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时,为了不打消学生的积极性,我在实施教学的时候,总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动,将教学内容层层铺开,把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣“快乐堡”,让他们在快乐中学习,在玩中获得新知,通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与,充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣,学生的积极性得到了充分发挥,教学效果良好。

  3、课后备课,总结教学经验。每上完一单元,我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思,写出教后感,肯定本节课成功的地方,探讨该单元的不足之处,为以后的教学工作打下基础。

  三、认真上课,体现以人为本。

  《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。”这便要求,英语课的教学要以学生为主,培养他们学习英语的兴趣,提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力。为此,我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:

  1、巧设导入,培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

  2、图文结合,掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点,充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生,使学生带着明确的任务目标,并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义,让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程,培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时,我不厌其烦,耐心教导学生认读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用,培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时,还适时对他们进行思想教育。

  3、游戏活动,巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后,抓住学生争强好胜的心理,通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异,营造宽松的学习环境,以简单易操作的趣味性、多样化游戏为主来实施教学,让学生进行反复模仿、认读、玩演、视听,从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会,让学生在玩的过程中获得新知,提高他们语言的运用能力,培养他们的学习兴趣。

  4、通过听,复习新知。我常在每节课结束的前5分钟,让学生听有关本节课教学内容的听力练习。第一遍先认真听,第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿、表演对话。在学生进行合作学习、表演时及时给予示范

和指导,让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦,体会到学习英语的乐趣。这样既复习了本节课的知识要点,又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性,,从而让学生真正做到眼到、口到、心到、手到。

  四、加强自学,不断积累知识。

  由于本人在英语教学方面经验还很欠缺,自己的知识又有限,在教学的同时,用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料,时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。

  五、努力总结和发现问题,及时调整教学策略

  当然,在实际教学过程中,我还应积极实践,不断探索,针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点,总结规律,认真思考,不断摸索。

  总之,要做好英语的“传道、授业、解惑”,还要求教师继续不断的深入开发新的教学方法,深入钻研教材,多读书、多看报、多上网学习,利用一切可能的条件,不断的充实自己、积累资料、研究教学,才能让英语的教学成绩百尺竿头,更进一步。
