Title: The Power of Kindness
Kindness is a language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see. It has the power to change lives, heal wounds, and bring joy to the world. A simple act of kindness can create a ripple effect that spreads far and wide, touching the hearts of many.
When we choose to be kind, we not only make others feel loved and appreciated, but we also experience a sense of fulfillment and happiness within ourselves. Kindness is a gift that costs nothing to give, yet its value is priceless.
Let us be the light in someone's darkness, the hope in someone's despair, and the love in someone's loneliness. Let us choose kindness in all that we do, for it is in giving that we truly receive.
Remember, kindness is a language that everyone understands, no matter where they come from or what language they speak. Let us speak this language fluently and spread its beauty wherever we go.

Title: The Beauty of Nature
In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it is easy to forget the beauty that surrounds us in nature. The gentle rustle of the leaves, the soothing sound of a flowing river, the vibrant colors of a blooming flower – these are all reminders of the wonders of the natural world.
Nature has a way of calming our minds, rejuvenating our spirits, and reminding us of the simple joys in life. Whether we are walking in a forest, lying on a beach, or gazing at the stars, nature has the power to inspire, heal, and uplift us.
Let us take a moment to appreciate the beauty of nature and all that it has to offer. Let us protect and preserve our natural environment so that future generations can also experience its wonders. And let us always remember to take time to connect with nature, for in its beauty, we find peace and solace.

Occasionally, life can be undeniably, impossibly difficult. We are faced with challenges and events that can seem overwhelming, life-destroying to the point where it may be hard to decide whether to keep going. But you always have a choice. Jessica Heslop shares her powerful, inspiring journey from the worst times in her life to the new life she has created for herself:
In 2012 I had the worst year of my life.
I worked in a finance job that I hated and I lived in a concrete jungle city with little greenery. I occupied my time with meaningless relationships and spent copious quantities of money on superficialities. I was searching for happiness and had no idea where to find it.
Then I fell ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and became virtually bed bound. I had to quit my job and subsequently was left with no income. I lived with my boyfriend of then only 3 months who financially supported me and our relationship was put under great pressure. I eventually regained my physical health, but not long after that I got a call from my family at home to say that my father’s cancer had fiercely progressed and that he had been admitted to a hospice.
I left the city and I went home to be with him.
He died 6 months later.
My father was a complete inspiration to me. He was always so strong that, for a minute after he drew his last breath, I honestly thought he would come back to life. I couldn’t believe I would never again cuddle into his big warm chest and feel safe no matter what.
The grief that followed was intense for all of us 5 children and our mother, but we had each other.
But my oldest sister at that time complained of a bad back. It got so bad after 2 months that she too was admitted to hospital.
They discovered that she had highly advanced cancer in her bones and that there was nothing that they could do.
She died 1 month later.
I could never put into words the loss of my sister in my life.
She was a walking, talking angel and my favourite person in the whole world. If someone could have asked me the worst thing that could ever happen, it would have been losing her.
We always convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, than another. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are. After that we're frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage.
We always tell ourselves that our life will be complete when our spouse gets his or her act together. When we get a nice car, and are able to go on a nice vocation when we retire. The truth is, there's no better time than right now. If not now, when? Our life will always be filled with challenges. It's best to admit this to ourselves and decide to be happy anyway.
One of my favorite quotes comes from Alfred Souza. He said, "for a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, someting to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life."
This perspective has helped me to see that there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So treasure every moment that you have.
And remember that time waits for no one. So stop waiting until you finish school, until you go back to school; until you get married, until you get porced; until you have kids; until you retire; until you get a new car or home; until spring; until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy…
Happiness is a journey, not a destination. So, work like you don't need money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one's watching.
When love beckons to you, follow him, though his ways are hard and steep. And when his wings enfold you, yield to him, though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you. And when he speaks to you, believe in him, though his voice may shatter your dreams as the north wind lays waste the garden.
For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you. Even as he is for your growth so is he for your pruning. Even as he ascends to your height and caresses your tenderest branches that quiver in the sun, so shall he descend to our roots and shake them in their clinging to the earth.
But if, in your fear, you would seek only love’s peace and love’s pleasure, then it is better for you that you cover your nakedness and pass out of love’s threshing-floor, into the seasonless world where you shall laugh, but not all of your laughter, and weep, but not all of your tears. Love gives naught but it self and takes naught but from itself. Love possesses not, nor would it be possessed, for love is sufficient unto love.
Love has no other desire but to fulfill itself. But if you love and must have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
被自己对爱的理解所伤害;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving;
在黎明带着轻快的心醒来并感谢又一个有家的日子;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love’s ecstasy;
在中午时分休息并冥想爱的心醉神迷;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;
在黄昏怀着感恩之心回家;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart and a song of praise upon your lips.
