  现在世界上说英语的人越来越多,[英语]现代英语教学理念之反思。英国人、美国人、加拿大人、澳洲人、新西兰人、还有一部分南非人、爱尔兰人等等,都以英语为母语。在某些国家里,英语虽不是本国语,但是作为第二语言使用,甚至竟成为官方语言或官方语言之一。这些国家有印度、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、菲律宾、尼日利亚、肯尼亚、乌干达等等。

  作为国际交往的语言,英语的作用很大。在联合国,英语是几种通用语言之一,而且使用得最多。在国际航空、航海和体育界,英语是不可缺少的交际工具。在国际贸易中,英语也是最重要的媒介,连西德和日本的出口工业都要用它。在科技界,英语又是国际性语言。

  说英语的人遍及五大洲。

  已经进入信息时代的地球变得“越来越小”,全球化趋势将在二十一世纪更为凸显。世界已进入中国,中国已走向世界。人类彼此间的交往随着国际互联网的普及,越来越方便,越来越频繁。各个国家、各个民族之间的文化交流、科技交流和信息交流已成为人类生活的一个须臾不可缺少的重要方面。如果说当今生活在这个“地球村”大家庭的人们有什么共同语言的话,那么“英语”是理所当然的。外语学习、外语教学特别是英语教学越来越受到人们的普遍重视,正如不少已经考入大学的学子们所说,他们在整个大学的学习过程中百分之七十的精力不是用在自己的专业上而是在外语上。

  诚然,语言的本质是工具,但人类在进步,时代在发展,社会在前进,外语已从一种工具变为一种思想,一种知识库。没有掌握外语犹如缺乏一种思想,缺少了一个重要的知识源泉一样。多学一种外国语,等于在本来没有窗的墙上开了一排窗,你可以领略到前所未有的另外一面风光。十九世纪德国语文学家,现代高等教育奠基人洪堡特说过:“学会一门外语或许意味着在迄今为止的世界观领域中获得一个新的出发点。”这话是否说得过头,可以讨论;但语言既是思想的外壳和载体,同时又确有思想模具作用的事实也毋庸置问,英语论文《[英语]现代英语教学理念之反思》。从这个意义上说,学会一门外语,不但是多了一双眼睛、一对耳朵和一条舌头,甚至还多了一个头脑!

  令人不安的是,有相当一部分从事外语教学实践的外语教师对语言理论和外语教学理论表现出相当程度的冷漠和无知。这对素质教育的贯彻落实,对提高我国外语教学的整体水平是极其不利的。

  刚开学的时候,由于刚刚分的班,老师也都换成新的老师,学生喜欢学习、模仿。但是,经过这一个月我发现,学生们好奇心逐渐减弱。随着学习难度的增加,学生产生了消极情感,没有兴趣,甚至厌学。

  在这一个月的学习中,我对学生学习英语的要求过于严格不能注意到学生的差异性,没有发现他们理解语言的快慢程度,最终导致有的学生吃得饱,有的学生吃不饱。吃不饱的那部分学生就会产生以下情绪:上课或讲练习的时候,就会马虎,注意力不集中。我还发现有些知识点讲过后,有的甚至操练了多遍,反反复复强调了,学生仍没有掌握,时间长了学生的学习兴趣不见了。

  从以上几个问题中,我体会到:学生学习语言的潜力是因人而异的,有差别是正常的,要教好每一个学生,但不能要求每一个学生都一样、一个模式,不能要求学生都按一个模式去发展,而是开发学生不同的潜能,发展学生学英语的各方面潜力。

  针对以上问题,在今后的工作当中,我要注意以下几点:

  一、在教学的过程中首先要把握重难点。如果无法很好的把握重难点。则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水,导致学生也无法分清重难点。学生在学习的过程中把超多的时间花费在零散知识上,而忽视了重之之重。

  二、其次语法讲解必须要清楚,透彻。在讲解重点语法的过程。中,要学生造句子,让组长进行讲解,然后互相学习,充分发挥小组的作用,让学生多练习,发现错误及时纠正。

  三、应加强学生的对话强度,鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。有些学生是对自己不自信,所以当学生出现错误的时候应微笑着让他坐下,然后再纠正错误。

  四、八年级英语教学单词仍然是基础。我认为就应打好学生的单词基础。在讲授的过程中,不仅仅要学生掌握基本的单词知识,还要和他们一齐寻找记忆单词的好方法。

  五、培养学生们的课文背诵潜力。严格要求有潜力的学生背诵课文。基础差的学生要求他们熟读课文,这样能够培养他们的英语语感。

  六、充分利用好课堂笔记本和纠错本,要让学生及时纠错,及时复习。

  学生英语语感还不强,表达能力也不高。教学应以听说为先,读写跟上。要求学生要熟读每单元主要语法句子和对话,必要时要求背诵。由于初一学生自律性不强,教师要引导、监督。

  词汇在英语学习中占重要地位,教会学生单词记忆方法积极重要,教会学生熟读音标和音节,详细讲解英语字母、字母组合的发音规则,要花较多时间去教会学生怎样用音标去记忆单词,直到掌握为止。

  根据教学大纲,结合学生实际情况,制定有效地教学策略,充分备好课。上课时做到精讲多练,真正把时间还给学生,多用启发性语言组织课堂教学,努力向“互动式教学模式”发展,让学生在轻松活跃的氛围中学到知识,做到“玩中学,学中玩”,这种教学模式是很受初中阶段学生欢迎的。

  在词汇和语法教学中,要把握重难点,以学生为主体。讲解要清楚透彻,通俗易懂,切忌贪多贪快而导致学生难以消化理解,影响其学习信心。课余时间多与学生沟通交流,及时了解学生的困难,及时辅导,加深记忆。

  每上完一个单元,要布置适量的针对性练习,反馈教学效果,巩固所学知识。及时总结学习的得失,合理评价学生,肯定他们的努力和进步,并提出不足,及时改正。做到以上几点,我相信能学好英语,为八年级学习打下坚实的基础。
