夏天到了,天上的太阳像火一样炙烤着大地,树上的知了不停地叫着:“热啊,热啊……”虽然我很喜欢户外运动,但这种天气真的让我望而却步。突然妈妈提议道:“咱们一起去游泳吧”!我眼前一亮,对啊!我最喜欢的运动项目不是游泳吗?想到可以泡在冰凉的游泳池里,一边游泳一边玩耍,顿时让我欣喜若狂。
吃过午饭,我和爸爸、妈妈迫不及待的赶往五州大酒店的游泳馆。游泳池的水真清啊,在岸上就可以看到水底,我捧了一些水往身上泼,啊,真是太凉快了!身上所有的炎热一下子不见了,我在岸上做好热身,憋足一口气,像青蛙一样“扑通”一声跳入浅水区。哇!真是太爽了,我先来个蛙泳,“收、翻、蹬、夹”,步步都做到位,像是在比赛一样投入。接下来我改成仰泳,将头浮出水面,身体仰卧,双手360度划动着,双xxx替踢水,这种游泳姿势最省力,身心轻松。游了一会儿,我开始和爸爸比憋气,我深吸一口气,迅速将头埋入水中,足足憋了一分钟,爸爸输了我好几秒,我得意极了。
