1、就餐:

晚餐(主桌:百合厅1+3桌,工作人员:多功能厅)

早餐(自助餐:领导在樱花阁,工作人员在万福阁)

午餐(自助餐,地点:万福阁)

晚餐(同晚餐)

说明:百合厅主桌18人,安排4名服务员,准备席位卡,鲜花;副桌3桌,10人,各安排2名服务员;还需准备:欢迎标语、台前的鲜花盆景、立式话筒。以上由陈小燕负责,各相关部门配合。

2、住宿

a.豪华套间(A501、B501)2间

b.标准套间(B418、B518、B521)3间

c.单人间(B403、B412、B416、B417、B419、B423、B503、B512、B519、B523)10间d.标准间(A505、A506、A507、A508、A509、A510、A515、A416、A419、A420、A421)11间

e.县领导午休房:日15间,9月1日15间

说明:每一天早晨7:15分叫醒,9月1日县领导午休房2:40分叫醒;房间里准备水果、点心、雀巢袋装咖啡、鲜花。以上由缪艳、吴颖具体负责,各相关部门配合。

长江厅:汇报会(约1小时),8月31日8:30开始,安排80人左右的回字型,准备席位卡、茶水、香巾、音响、话筒。

玫瑰厅:来信来访接待室

以上由吴颖、沈松华具体负责,各相关部门配合。

4、备用活动

KTV:芙蓉厅、百合厅,准备:茶水、水果、小吃、鲜花。由沈松华负责,各相关部门配合。游泳馆:邱洪飞负责。

棋牌室:安排四间棋牌室,准备:水果、茶水、点心。由吴颖负责,各相关部门配合。足疗:常红林负责。

夜宵:中厨房负责安排,何志刚负责,汤荣配合。

4、要求:a.配合工程部确保本次接待的所有用房设施、设备完好;b.检查所有用品是否齐全;c.客人进店后,在4F、5F电梯口安排专人,负责将客人引进房间;d.配合采供部保证房间的水果等到位;e.提前做好房内及过道的灭蚊、灭苍蝇工作;f.对本次接待的所有用房提前做好通风工作,确保房内无异味;g.配合采供部及时补充所有用房的小食品。

4、要求:a.配合工程部确保本次接待餐厅设施、设备完好;b.检查所有餐具是否齐全;c.检查餐厅的卫生情景(尤其做好灭苍蝇);d.及时与营销部沟通餐厅其他用品的落实情景。(鲜花、音响、话筒、席位卡等)e.根据接待方案落实好每一天餐厅的服务人员,做到定人定岗。
