本学期我担任初三x班的英语教学。由于刚刚调进**初中,对新环境、新教材的教学要求知之甚少,加上多年未教初三,教学上遇到前所未有的挑战。因此,本人虚心请教同行、潜心研究教法、在实践中摸索前进。经过一个学期的努力,学到了很多教学经验,也取得了应有的成绩。以下是对本学期教学情况的简要总结。

一、培养英语学习兴趣

英语作为一门外语,对大多数学生而言,既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。为此,我采取了一些方法,如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学;开展形式多样、生动活泼的课堂语言实践活动;帮助班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语,从而培养了学生学习英语的兴趣。目前,我们班学生对英语学习的兴趣始终稳定在较高水平。

二、认真备课、上课,改进教学方式、注重辅导学法

在集体备课的基础上,我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生,进行二次备课。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。课上教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部,课堂就能够吸引住学生。本人能做到每天都有积极的精神状态,让学生感受到一种积极的学习气氛。我能遵循听说领先、读写跟上的教学要求,努力加大课堂训练量,加快课堂节奏,切实提高课堂教学效率。在早读时,我坚持到班辅导,发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业,发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,以打好他们的初一基础。

按以往经验,学生在英语学习进入一定阶段后,会出现好差分化现象,尤其是**教材开始启用、学习难度加深以后。为此,我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标,对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有一定基础,但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学、但学习能力不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导,多加鼓励,慢慢提高他们的成绩;第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导,针对性强,效果比较明显。

一个学期的努力效果如何,期末考试就是一种考验了。无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的,重要的是这学期本人确实学到很多,重要的是如何总结得失,以期在下学期后做得更好!

这次的期末考试,我认为很不理想,与自己先前所定目标相比差了太多,结合近段学习时间的学习状态、效率、心态与所花费时间等方面,总结这次期末测验成果。

语数英三大主科中,发挥得最不理想的当属数学,错的三个选择中有两个实在不该错,是最基础最简单的题目,另外一个仔细想也可以做对,此类平方根立方根的体型,已熟的不能出错,偏偏马虎大意图快而丢分。至于填空和计算,其实都很会做,也栽在了粗心上。唯一值得说的只有应用题中一道出错的小题,关于一次函数表达式的题,一般我是可以做对,但这道题只拐了一个小弯,就开始让我犯迷糊。但根本问题是我还是对一次函数图像知识掌握不牢固,一直对复杂多样的体型发怵。虽然这道题扣分了,但我想扣得好,扣得值,敲碎了我不切实际的空想,激励着我脚踏实地地学。而至于那些粗心所致的扣分,心疼惋惜和后悔自是少不了的。但只要注意下次少犯,尽量不犯。数学学习的态度和状态方面,基本上是过关的,但要注意避免浮躁,否则大意的结果只能从分数中扣。

语文方面文常与成语应用在选择题中出了错,其中有老师讲了许多遍的题型,而当时忘记了,或者根本没记牢。其他的基础知识未扣分,但阅读理解一共又扣了4分。原因在于答题时说不到重点或不完整,前言不搭后语,尽管写得满满当当,但还是会扣分。作文所扣的4分我认为努努力可以只扣两分,平时多加练习,多练笔就可以。英语总分中所扣除的3分全都不是技术问题,而只是粗心大意了。例如最高级前忘加the、忘记使用三单……归根结底这类低级的错误以后少犯。在英语的学习中,基本的学习状态是没问题的,大的知识都掌握熟了,在细节方面再注意一点即可。

三门小科总的来说分数不是特别高。历史错点都在非选择题中,再整体地看这些错误,有的是背混所致写错,有的是根本不知道答案蒙上几个作罢,还有的忘了年份,年份与事件对不上号所致。这些还是因为我未真正深刻的记住它们,切莫找理由说背不过,如真是如此,为何我现在对第一单元所学内容倒背如流?后面的知识多但不砸,如果好好梳理还是有许多规律可循的。在历史学习方面,我一向很感兴趣但也有许多困惑,所以学习心态上基本过关,困惑以后要及时解决,不然会给后面的学习造成许多来不及补的麻烦。之后要扎实地背,不能背一点忘一点,以理解为前提,尽可能高效率地背诵。

地理从初一来一直是我最大的拦路虎,尤其世界地理最让我头疼。现在只单学中国地理,状况才稍稍好转,但仍存在许多问题。有时候知识整合不起来,不能综合运用,有时又背不过图,所以今后的学习要注意背图,把整幅图记在脑海中。生物总体是没问题,但有好多细节方面心急写错。一大部分原因是没读清题就开始填,导致出现一些不该犯的错误。以后注重审题,冷静分析即可。

这次期末考试无论从我原本的目标,分数还是排名来看,都未使我满意。原因不是不会,而是学习状态有所改变。在学期末时,我有些耐不住性子心浮气躁,加之一种过度的自信,致使这次考试的失利。今后要调整好心态和方法,争取下一次的进步。

这学期我依然担任英语教学工作。由于教学经验不足,我对教学工作从不松懈,认真学习英语组织教学方面的书籍,虚心向前辈学习。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况:

教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。从一开始我就认真研究学生,了解清楚学生的实际情况:一方面,学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们还不能适应。另一方面,中等生占较大多数,尖子生相对较少。因此,讲得太深,不照顾到整体,教学效果不会理想的。从此可以看出,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对学生学习效果有直接影响。

充分的备课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。为了上好每一节堂课,我都认真研究课文,为了令教学生动,不沉闷,我还为此准备了大量的教具,授课时就胸有成竹了。教学效果十分理想。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉的外语来说至关重要。备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。上课内容丰富,现实,教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。

英语,是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化,生活故事,让他们更了解英语,更喜欢学习英语。

考试前我进行了系统的复习,考试后进行学科总结。从考试中可以看出学生平均水平相当,还发现学生的综合能力不够强,所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学,容易掌握。

经过一个学期的努力,期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的,重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高,如何共同提高五个班的英语水平。因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多向前辈学习,争取进步。
