一、创新之处
为弘扬“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神，更好地发挥共青团和志愿服务组织在和谐社区建设中的作用，按照常州市文明办、共青团常州市委、常州市志愿者总会决定，教育学院决定组织实施“20xx情暖万家——志愿者和谐社区行”活动。动员和组织广大志愿者深入社区、服务社区、奉献社区，为常州市创建全国文明城市、推动常州市志愿服务事业发展发挥应有作用。实现志愿服务在结对社区的有效覆盖，实现参与志愿服务和接受志愿服务的便利化，使志愿服务成为志愿者和社区居民参与社会发展的一种动员方式，成为志愿者、社区居民融入和谐社区的一种生活方式。
二、具体策划
