In the evenings, my family would gather around a bonfire and tell stories. My grandpa would share his childhood adventures, and my grandma would sing traditional folk songs. We would roast marshmallows and make s'mores. I loved listening to their stories and spending time together.
On the weekends, we would go to the nearby lake for a swim. The water was cool and refreshing. We would build sandcastles on the beach and play beach volleyball. I even learned how to swim better with the help of my parents.
