When we arrived at the foot of the Great Wall, I was amazed by its grandeur. The Wall winds up and down across the mountains, stretching as far as my eyes could see. I couldn't wait to start climbing.
The climb was not easy, but it was definitely worth it. As I climbed higher, the view became more breathtaking. I could see the mountains covered in lush green forests and the winding river in the distance. The Wall itself was awe-inspiring, with its massive bricks and watchtowers standing tall.
During the climb, I couldn't help but imagine what it was like in ancient times when the Wall was built. I imagined the hardworking laborers carrying heavy bricks up the mountain and the soldiers guarding the Wall against enemies. It made me appreciate the history and culture of my country even more.
After hours of climbing, I finally reached the highest point of the Great Wall. The feeling of standing on top of the world was indescribable. I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment. I took out my camera and captured the moment, knowing that it would be a memory I would cherish forever.
Overall, my trip to the Great Wall was an unforgettable experience. It not only allowed me to appreciate the beauty of this ancient wonder, but also deepened my understanding of Chinese history and culture. I highly recommend everyone to visit the Great Wall at least once in their lifetime.

跳绳时,选择两个人扔绳子,其他人排队跳绳。我的好朋友潘雷曼跳绳的时候,裙子飞起,头发竖起,脚勾起来。我们一起喊:5,6,7,跳。男生中,施子瑞等。是最好的舞者。最后跳出来的人是侯等人。每次跳都是闭着眼睛。当我冲出去时,我微微睁开眼睛。陈丹颖跳的时候总是转个身,很搞笑。
我们吓得上气不接下气,仿佛呼吸到了冷空气,真的很难受。但是我们玩得很开心。
如果谁跳得不好,就会有轻微的笑声,然后大家再跳。有时候有三个女生连续跳。就是前面的女生刚跳完,剩下的接手跳了。我跳过了三级跳远。它是如此令人激动和兴奋。
绳子掉在地上就断了,这给了我们一个很好的提示。闭着眼睛跳,一听到声音就嗖的一声跳。我们跳绳的时候会有笑声,大部分人都是从绳子下面直接冲过去,很危险。

跳跃运动对青少年的身心发展有什么作用呢?首先,跳跃运动能够促进青少年身体的正常发育。它能调整人体的内分泌功能,增加脑垂体前叶生长素的分泌。其次是能够提高弹跳力。第三,跳跃运动能发展身体的灵敏和协调性。第四,跳跃运动能培养青少年坚强的意志,勇敢的精神。第五,跳跃运动是一种能力的培养,它将有助于适应生活和劳动环境。最后就是它能增强体质,锻炼身体。
三级跳远动作相对来说比较复杂,技术难度较大,而且在学习中会感到枯燥无味。先通过完整练习,再分解技术动作,创造多种练习方法,既培养了学生的创造力,又培养了学生主动学习的意识。同时通过游戏比赛、分组练习等方式相互学习、交流,使学生懂得欣赏别人的作品,同时通过相互学习达到知识共享,共同提高的目的,也发展促进学生乐学、想学的心理。
二、学情分析与指导思想
本堂课的对象是高二年级,平均年龄在18岁左右,学生正处于身体生长发育的关键时期,可培养、提高学生的协调性、爆发力等身体素质。学生已经在上学期已学过蹲踞式跳远,已基本具备基础的跑结合跳的能力。本堂课也是“三级
跳远”单元教学的第一次课程,本堂课选用的教学内容85%以上的学生可以掌握,并加以应用。
本课以健康第一为指导思想,以发展学生的主动性、自主性、创造性为设计目标,强调教学中学生的个性发展和能力的培养,使每个学生在认识上、情感上和态度上积极发展。通过学生的主动创造和学习,构建民主、和谐的师生关系,创设宽松愉悦的课堂氛围,使学生主动获取知识,成为学习的主体。使学生从运动中找到参与运动和获得成功的乐趣。
三、教学目标
根据教材特点和学生的学习能力及年龄特点制定以下四个教学目标
1、运动参与目标:学生乐于参与跳跃动作的学习,并在活动中增强信心。
2、认知与技能目标:了解三级跳远的动作特点和锻炼身体、娱乐的意义,通过初步学会立定三级跳远,建立学生对助跑三级跳远的一、二、三跳的动作表象和动作结构。并通过练习单脚跳,提高学生跳跃的能力和各身体素质。
3、身体健康目标:提高机体的力量和协调柔韧素质。
4、心理健康目标:学生积极参与,充分展示自我,并在运动中体验获得成功的喜悦。通过小组合作学习,培养学生团结协作,力争上游的社会合作能力。
四、教学程序
(一)开始部分
热身→激发兴趣:热身活动是以学生在行进间来完成的。学生积极、活跃地参与,使学生消除了紧张情绪,以轻松愉快的心理状态进入课堂,并使学生充分的活动开来。
(二)学习提高部分
结合示范讲解三级跳远技术,使学生建立正确的技术概念,了解三级跳远技术的要求、方法和要领。再以完整练习法为主,先通过立定三级跳远练习,使学生体会三级跳远的动作结构,然后以比赛游戏来学习单脚跳的一些基本技术,培养学生的学习乐趣和团结协作共同提高的思想。让学生在学习中创造,在学习中学习,在学习中思考。通过各组间轮回练习,使学生相互欣赏、相互学习提高。教师在教学过程中以引导、提示、参与等教学方法,激发着学生的运动和学习兴趣。
(三)整理恢复部分
通过“反口令”游戏,即“高人”“矮人”游戏和自我拍击大小腿方式进行放松,使学生由高度的兴奋状态过渡到相对稳定的状态,身心都得到调整放松。

五、教学效果预计
1、预计85%以上的学生能初步掌握课所学的动作技术。
2、预计本堂课学生的运动强度为中等,最高心率130次每分钟左右,平均心率100次每分钟,练习密度为35%-----38%左右。
3、测量心主绵方法:对同一个学生,在开始热身后、学习提高后和整理恢复后进行把持脉搏,来测量心率。
六、教学中可能出现的问题及解决方法。
1、可能出现韧带拉伤、拐脚等情况
解决与预防方法:(1)在准备活动时要求尽量活动开来。(2)在练习的时候要求学生要适当而行,不盲目完成。
2、可能出现协调性特别差的学生,在立定三级跳远时一、二、三跳衔接不起来。
解决与预防方法:应该以集体为主,适当的单个教学,有时间可以在课后时间进行单独指导。
七、场地器材:两个篮球场大的空地一块,三级跳远沙坑一个,接力棒二根。
