When I attempted to return the faulty laptop, I was met with resistance from your staff who insisted that I was responsible for the damages. Despite providing evidence of the defects, I was made to feel as though I was at fault. This lack of accountability and refusal to honor the warranty is highly disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer of your store for several years, and it is disheartening to see such a decline in the level of service and product quality. I expect better from a company with a reputable name like yours.

I demand immediate attention to these issues and a resolution to my concerns. I expect a full refund for the faulty laptop, an apology for the subpar customer service, and a commitment from your company to improve its standards.

If my concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and consider taking legal action.
